Haydock Park Racecourse is indebted to the support it receives from the racing professionals – from owners and trainers who bring their horses to Haydock Park to the press and other media supporters who report on our racedays.
Vikki Mason is our Owners & Trainers Liaison Manager, and would be delighted to hear from you if you need to discuss any of the information below, or if you have any queries. Vikki can be contacted on 01942 402609 or by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are delighted to announce Pareto as the new sponsor of our Owners and Trainers Facilities, as part of a three-year partnership with the financial advisory firm - Pareto Financial Planning.
The Manchester based firm has a team of financial advisors operating across the North West. With strong roots in the region, and entering into their 10th year - Pareto Financial Planning are proud to mark their anniversary by supporting Haydock Park during the 2018 season and beyond. The firm couldn’t be more pleased to associate themselves with the Gold Standard here at Haydock Park which ensures owners and trainers visiting the racecourse will get the very best facilities.
The Owners & Trainers Pavilion, situated adjacent to the parade ring, provides an exclusive facility for connections of runners at each meeting. Within this facility you will be able to choose from a complimentary three course buffet, available up to the fourth race, and complimentary tea and coffee will be available throughout the day. Six lunch vouchers per runner will be allocated to the Owner, plus two lunch vouchers for the trainer.
Tables may also be available in one of our three restaurants, where special packages can be reserved at reduced prices for Owners & Trainers. We also have a number of Private Hospitality Boxes which may be available for hire. Please let Vikki know if you would like further details on these or click here.
On arrival, owners will be able to collect up to six owners’ badges and lunch vouchers per runner, plus complimentary racecards from the main entrance building. Please bring your PASS card with you. Requests for additional badges must be made in advance by contacting Vikki. Unfortunately, badges will not be allocated to owners or trainers whose horses are non-runners after declarations.
Dress requirements are smart casual - ripped / distressed jeans and sportswear will not be permitted. Please ensure that all of your party is aware of this, as we will be unable to allow any visitors who are not adhering to this policy within these facilities.
